Employer Services provides a bridge between between NAIT students and recent graduates, and prospective employers. Through our exclusive online job board, hiring fairs, employer events, resume reviews, mock interviews and networking opportunities, we help foster meaningful connections.

We invite employers to explore opportunties to help grow careers and engage with students by connecting with NAIT's Employer Services team.

Post career opportunities and hire NAIT students or graduates

Employers can post a job on Career Connect, NAIT’s job board exclusive to students and alumni. You’ll need to set up an account, which will be reviewed and approved before career postings are made available to students. You can log in often to add or update your job postings.

Through the NAIT Hub, an exclusive networking and mentoring platform, industry partners can connect with students based on specific career interests and goals. Through this platform, you can schedule and arrange coffee chats either in-person or online.
