Customer relationships are the key to organizational profitability and growth in any company. Authentic, mutually beneficial, respectful relationships are foundational to strong customer engagement, the results of which typically include increased customer loyalty and referrals. Explore all aspects of quality customer engagement including; prospecting, planning, making the sales call, ethical concerns, and strategic communication, handling objections, and building long term relationships.

Uncovering your customers’ needs is a critical first step to satisfying your customers. The skills you develop in this course will allow you to apply selling skills, such as asking effective questions, to better understand the circumstances surrounding your conversations. . Loyal relationships will do more than generate sales; they will assure your position within a business which has sustainable growth and profitability.
