Course Overview

Google G Suite’s applications are well-integrated in business and educational settings with over 4 million businesses and 70 million educational users worldwide. Quickly build competency in G Suite connect apps, Google’s cloud-based productivity and collaboration software.

Graduates of this course will be able to use Google Gmail, Google Hangout, Google Forms, and Google Calendar. You will be able to send, reply, and forward messages to contacts, survey recipients with Forms, and collect data for feedback. You will also be able to set up phone calls and group chats by using Google Hangout, and organize your schedule using Google Calendar.

With the skills you gain in this course, you will be able to communicate online by using the functions of Google Gmail, Google Hangout, and Google Hangout chat, as well as Google Calendar and Google Forms.

Prior to enrolling in this course, it is recommended that you complete CCTO135 Google G Suite Productivity Apps, an equivalent course, or have experience with Google G Suite.
