Course Overview

Expand your knowledge and skills acquired in Intermediate Bookkeeping. This is the fourth and final bookkeeping course in the Applied Bookkeeping Certificate program. Troubleshoot payroll processing errors and perform typical year-end procedures including journalizing amortization of assets and liabilities, accruals of revenue and expenses, and entries required to close a fiscal year. This course will demonstrate how bookkeeping software processes business transactions for a complete fiscal year.

With the skills gained in this course, you’ll be able to apply your knowledge of advanced concepts and procedures to perform full-cycle bookkeeping.

It is required that you complete CCTO100 Bookkeeping Level 1, CCTO140 Microsoft Excel Level 1, CCTO200 Bookkeeping Level 2, and CCTO301 Bookkeeping Intermediate Level 3 prior to enrolling in this course.

For your final project, you will apply the skills learned in all four courses to demonstrate the processes and procedures required to complete the Accounting Cycle.
