Course Overview

Use advanced functions in formulas in Microsoft Excel, the leading spreadsheet software. Discover how to create absolute, relative, and mixed reference formulas and build complex formulas using Excel. Apply many built-in functions from the Financial, Text, Statistical, Math & Trig, and other categories in the software.

Upon successful completion of this course, you will be able to use the full functionality of Excel, using functions in formulas in this powerful spreadsheet software.

It is recommended that you complete CCTO340 Microsoft Excel Level III prior to enrolling in this course.

  • Remote Independent: Where: Online anytime. When: No set class meetings. Coursework is accessed on-demand and online, with no instructor support. While students choose when to do coursework, there may be set due dates and deadlines. 
  • Work Placement: Where: In-person meetings. When: Work is scheduled at a specific time for students to attend. Onsite work integrated learning. Location at a worksite.
