Course Overview
Are you interested in learning how the customer experience leads to sales? In this track, learn more about creating an effective customer experience that will keep customers coming back. This self-paced, nine-hour course blends knowledge and application-based lessons, along with teaching the essential CX skills and industry insight. This course delivers the digital marketing knowledge and material you’ll need for the Digital Marketing Institute Tracks exam. Upon completing the course, you will write the DMI-administered online exam. This course is offered by NAIT in partnership with Digital Marketing Institute (DMI). Assessment and grading are through DMI and you will receive marks from them.
