Course Overview
The outcomes from several studies and surveys are consistent: occupational stress has an influence on both employees and the businesses for which they work. Work stress can harm your health, well-being, and safety. Stress is our mental, physical, and behavioural response to something that could threaten our safety or well-being.
Many of us feel stressed out, insecure, and misunderstood in our jobs, while our personal lives regularly include a variety of stressors. The demands of the workplace, combined with the demands of home, can impact the well-being of your staff, colleagues, family, or even you personally.
After this course, you will be able to identify the causes and effects of stress and describe stress management strategies to use with your staff, colleagues, friends, family, and yourself to manage and reduce stress.
