Upon successful completion of this course you will be able to discuss competencies relevant to group facilitation and strategies for managing facilitation challenges.
Facilitators assist groups to stay on task and be more creative, efficient, and productive. Explore the world of facilitation, the art of designing and running successful meetings and workshops in organizational settings. Graduates of this course will be able to recognize the differences between facilitation, instruction, managing, and training, and you will be able to plan, guide, and manage group events as well as support groups to reach important decisions, solutions, or conclusions.
