Course Overview

Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Management expands on the concept of the OHS Management System that was covered in CRST101 by looking at how safety management can be integrated into an organization’s culture and design. The practicality of that places the focus on identifying training needs; developing and delivering effective OHS training based on adult learning principles; and evaluating training effectiveness. This course is intended to enhance your connection between theory and industry practice. With the skills gained in this course, you will be able to discuss the effective integration of occupational health and safety into an organization’s culture.

It is required that you complete CRST102 before enrolling in this course.

It is recommended that you work in safety and/or have access to the expertise of a safety professional before enrolling in this course.
