The clinical practicum of the MRT Review or Bridging Program is the last course in the program and provides you with an opportunity to apply the knowledge reviewed in the didactic courses and refresh your clinical skills. The Clinical Manual, integral to this course, will guide you through the practicum requirements to prepare you for re-entry into the profession of Medical Radiological Technology.
NAIT will work with the student to find a suitable clinical placement. Students must successfully complete all the recommended MRT Bridging or Review courses as outlined at the beginning of their program prior to enrolling in MRAD190. Students who are looking to complete the clinical practicum portion must have a letter from their governing body stating they require the practicum.
