Course Overview

The ability to lead, manage, motivate and organize people is critical to project success. Graduates of this course will be able to apply human resource management techniques to enhance staff performance and project success.

Upon successful completion of this course you will have the skills to effectively plan the human resource organization of your project, including effective assignment of project roles, clarification of personnel responsibilities, and the organization of reporting relationships. You will also be able to address staffing processes including job evaluation, staff recruitment, project orientation, staff goal setting, and performance management.

Upon successful completion of this course you will also have the leadership strategies needed to motivate staff, develop a team, resolve conflicts, and help your team manage change.
