Course Overview

Sage 50 Accounting is a popular and powerful accounting software that fulfills the bookkeeping needs of small to medium-sized businesses. Upon successful completion of this course, you will be able to use intermediate functions of Sage 50 for your accounting and bookkeeping needs.

This hands-on course will introduce you to several intermediate functions of Sage 50 Accounting. As a graduate of this course, you will be able to describe standard payroll setup and payroll journal entries and implement financial reporting and period end procedures for a full accounting cycle. Use Sage 50 to create new company data files and enter opening balances and historical information. You will also be able to use Sage 50 to conduct bank reconciliation and credit card reconciliation, and record credit card sales and purchases.

Prior to enrolling in this course, it is recommended that you complete CCTO221 Sage 50 Accounting Level 1 or have equivalent knowledge.
