Jaemi Bertrand is a Chartered Mediator (C.Med). After earning her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology degree from the University of Alberta, Jaemi pursued training in Conflict Management through the ADR Institute of Alberta, with 250+ hours of conflict resolution training. She holds certificates in Conflict Leadership, Attuned Communication in Dispute Resolution, Integrative Negotiation, and Facilitative Mediation. In addition to her work at NAIT, she instructs and coaches in a variety of settings including the ADR Learning Institute (ADRLi), ADR Institute of Alberta (ADRIA) and the University of Alberta School of Business, with a focus on the topics of conflict resolution and working with emotion. Jaemi’s ADR practice is focused on workplace mediation and helping organizations strengthen their corporate culture.
