Jason Greidanus is an independent consultant and teacher with years of experience and expertise in emergency response and security. He possesses a BCom from the University of Alberta (2000) and a Masters of Arts, Disaster and Emergency Management (MADEM) from Royal Roads University (2015). Additionally, he achieved his Certified Emergency Manager designation from the International Association of Emergency Managers in 2019.

Jason’s passion is public safety and making a positive impact on the everyday lives of Canadians. By pursuing the Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Defence specialty during his time with the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF), Jason actively participated in emergency planning with multiple stakeholders including government partners. He was able to successfully implement tactics and techniques learned through his graduate education and career experience to enhance resiliency for various organizations.
