Lina has over 15 years experience in the areas of Human Resources and Leadership Development.
Her background includes all aspects of design, development and facilitation of curriculum to Sr. Leaders within various organizations. In addition, she acts as a leadership coach to Sr. Leaders, assisting them in enhancing their leadership behaviors and aligning competencies required in a Sr. leadership role. She has a depth of knowledge in concepts that are focused on Coaching, Crucial Conversations, Accountability and Change Management. Her many years experience has her dedicated to consulting with internal clients to develop and facilitate various content such as: strategic planning, change and transition, team development, process improvement and organizational design.
Her educational background includes a B.ED, M.AED with a focus on Curriculum Design, as well as various certifications such as: Executive Leadership Program, Project Management Certification, Change Management, and MBTI.
Lina has a positive energy and ensures that the content is delivered in a way that is applicable to all learners! She has a great energy and her passion for continuous learning is evident in all of her sessions.
When Lina is not in the classroom, you will find her planning her next outdoor adventure, or teaching spin and yoga!
