Tracy Blaine is the Manager for the Centre for Applied Disaster and Emergency Management. She earned a BA from the University of Calgary in 2000, a BEd from King’s University in 2004 and various Emergency Management certificates such as NAIT’s Industrial Emergency Management Certificate (2014). She is currently pursuing her Master of Public Safety graduate degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Tracy is an expert Emergency Management instructor with many years of supervisory experience in the energy sector. She is passionate about building comprehensive Emergency Management programs, ensuring organizations develop resilience through strong planning, training and being prepared to tackle any type of emergency or crisis event.
