During the week, your meals and beverages will be provided, including the food you prepare yourself. There will also be opportunities to take food home with you almost every day. You will be well fed!
Multiple camps are happening throughout our kitchens each week. Meals will consist of contributions from each of the camps, thereby enhancing your experience.
At the conclusion of the week, your skills will be tested during a practical exam, and your chef instructor will have the opportunity to see your skills in action. You will then receive feedback so that you can continue to improve at home.

If your camp starts on Tuesday, please pick up your course package on Monday.
The course package will include:
- chef's uniform (chef jacket, pants, neck scarf, chef's hat, apron and side towels)
- recipe guide
- reusable water bottle
- daily parking pass
