Course Overview
Discover the procedures for exterior inspections of residential homes. Investigate the exterior components examined in a home inspection, including but not limited to retaining walls, grounds, window wells, lot grading, driveways, patios, walkways, decks, balconies, stoops and steps, porches, railings, wall cladding, flashing trim, eaves, soffits, fascia, and exterior doors and windows. From the skills obtained in this course you will be able to identify and describe problems and issues that may arise in residential home exterior components inspections.
