Course Overview

This professional development course is for people already working in the healthcare field. This course enhances the knowledge that the learner has gained in their work experience, provides a review of previously studied concepts, and adds new supplementary learning objectives.

Learn digital instrumentation, recording techniques for a 12-lead ECG, artifact recognition and remedies to produce technically accurate tracings. This course also introduces arrhythmias. Skills obtained in this course will allow you to explain the ECG procedure to patients and have the theoretical knowledge on how to perform ECGs and prepare the results. Refresh your knowledge of electrocardiography with this self-directed course.
