Foreign Exchange at NAIT
If you are a student from an institution that has an existing partnership with NAIT for student exchange, you may be eligible to come to NAIT to earn academic credits.
As an exchange student, you will:
- study at NAIT for one academic semester
- begin your studies in September or January (depending on program capacity)
- be eligible for academic credit towards your credential at your home institution

Details
Term dates at NAIT:
Fall - September to December (deadline for nominations is March 1)
Winter - January to April (deadline for nominations is July 1)
Please consult with your institution and complete the NAIT Inbound Exchange Student Application form. You have to be nominated by your home institution's International Office.

Eligibility
If you are an exchange student at NAIT studying for one semester (4 months), you do not need a study permit. You will need a study permit to work on campus.
