Campus Walking Routes
Looking to get some exercise but don't have a lot of time? Use our indoor or outdoor campus walking map to plan out a route and get a few extra steps in your day. If you're feeling bold, try out the Trilogy Loop. These maps will help you cover some good distances both inside and outside while also helping you familiarize yourself with Main Campus!

Fitness Buddy Program
Campus Recreation Services want to connect like-minded students with similar goals and interests to support each other's physical and social well-being. We will help arrange your first meeting, provide information on what programs and services are offered on campus, and help you and your new Fitness Buddy to find an activity to participate in together!
Students are invited to Campus Recreation’s drop-in well-being lounge. Located in E-105 (near the South Lobby), NAIT students can relax and recharge throughout the day in a quiet, restful space with comfortable furniture and ambient light.
