Keeping our community healthy and safe during the COVID-19 pandemic is NAIT’s highest priority. Student recreation programs will be delivered virtually this fall and facilities will remain closed. Read more.

Have some fun and stay healthy while you study at NAIT! We know that each person’s wellness journey is unique and offer a variety of programming designed to meet you where you’re at. We aim to build community for students through recreation and are here to help you care for your well-being.

Our current offerings include:

  • Unlimited virtual fitness classes
  • Fitness and well-being challenges
  • A fitness buddy program
  • Fitness equipment loans
  • Stress and anxiety management through our Mind+Body Connect program
