The bustling environments of modern dental practices require employees to excel in a variety of skills. Prepare yourself for this reality by studying and practicing provisional restorations and gingival retraction cord placement, both are paramount to dental professions.
With the skills you will gain in this course, you will be able to perform the fabrication and placement of provisional crowns and bridges, placement and carving of temporary restorations, and placement and removal of gingival retraction cord.
Entrance requirements: Proof of current registration with the appropriate regulatory body or confirmation of attempted Clinical Practical Evaluation with the National Dental Assisting Examining Board (NDAEB).
Online component to be completed prior to the in-class dates (access provided one month in advance).
Course enrollment closes one week before to class start date.
