Course Overview

Improve your business’ processes and stay competitive in the ever-developing marketplace. With the skills gained in this course you will be able to design Business Process Management (BPM) frameworks to optimize your operations.

Graduates of this course will be able to describe the analytical techniques used to determine the causes of shortcomings, like distribution bottlenecks or failure to adhere to regulations. You will also be able to apply metrics that reveal performance levels of each department and design a framework to effectively manage business processes for an individual department and the entire enterprise.
