Accurately calculating material quantities is crucial for efficient estimating and project management in construction. Engage in extensive practice to determine the scope of work and dimensions. Discuss industry-standard work procedures and common equipment. Throughout the course, examine the role and duties of a quantity surveyor within a general contracting firm.

With the skills gained in this course, you will be able to calculate precise material quantities and contribute effectively to construction project planning.

Students without significant experience in the construction industry are strongly encouraged to complete CEAC110 before registering.
