Medical Laboratory Assisting
This fast-track, 22-week program involves 15 weeks of study at NAIT followed by 7 weeks of clinical laboratory experience. Students are trained in specimen collection and processing for analysis, basic lab procedures, performance of electrocardiograms (ECGs), phlebotomy, urinalysis, data entry and clerical/reception services.
