Retail Meatcutting

This intensive 5 month program will give you the skills to prepare and market a wide variety of meat, poultry and fish items. Classroom theory, including business procedures, food sanitation and trade calculations are complemented by hands-on training in a fully equipped meat-training lab, in conjunction with the program's Retail Meat Store.
