Event Managers must create worthwhile event environments where ideas can be shared, and interactions can occur, but it is the active engagement and participation of the attendees that leads to the discussions, connections, reflections and learning that show a measurable change in knowledge or attitude.
In this course, we will identify event stakeholders, create SMART goals and scope of work, and build a consultation outline for client discovery meetings.
There will be active discussions about technology and it’s application in live events, event surveys and data collection, how to determine ROI and non-monetary event objectives. Finally, we go through an extensive post-event evaluation that will show business value while building memorable events that attendees (and clients) want to return to.
