Knowing how to market an event creatively and effectively can add incredible value and support to any event. Whether you’re planning a fundraising gala, local sporting event, wedding, conference or festival, all events need a well thought out way to attract guests, sponsors and ticket sales. This course will look at how to integrate a marketing strategy into your event plan, how to budget for marketing, look at different media outlets and how to utilize themes and design to gain excitement for your event. Students will be able to develop, execute and present detailed marketing campaigns and plans for any event when they have completed this course.
