Memorable events are activities that engage all of the guests’ senses. Food and beverage (F&B) are important components of event management as most events if not all require some form of catering requirement. In this course, the learners will explore the process of menu planning for the required meal functions ensuring the client’s needs are addressed without compromising food quality and service. Food trends and allergies will be introduced and sustainable practices in food and beverage will be challenged.
