The Mawji Centre for New Venture and Student Entrepreneurship fosters relationships that develop leadership, personal and professional skills within an arranged timeframe.
Through an engaging and supportive mentorship process, we can help you establish goals and personal accountability, and support you through one-on-one education and advising.
Apply to join our mentorship program
How does it work?
A representative from the Mawji Centre will assist you through the application process before pairing you with a mentor at our mentorship pitch event. Mentorship relationships typically last for 10-12 months, over which time you and your mentor will meet in person for 1 to 2 hours per month to work on setting and realizing personalized, measurable and attainable goals.
From there, you will drive the relationship with help from a member of the Mawji Centre team, who will check in to ensure healthy progress. After a year, the mentorship relationship will end with a celebration of achievements. To pay it forward, mentees are encouraged to volunteer for our centre programs.
